I am a fashion designer & seamstress that makes beautiful and elegant ladies' garments to measure through a series of in-person appointments.
Please make sure you book all 3 required appointments leaving 2-3 days in-between each one, which ensures your garment/clothing piece will be completed on time. If your garment is a wedding dress allow for one week between each appointment, please. Furthermore, bridal gowns require 2 separate fitting appointments to be made.
The procedure in booking appointments is as follows:
1. Design and consultation
2. Fitting
3. Collection
(Booking system releases dates automatically up to 4 months ahead on weekly basis)
A £15 deposit is necessary for the appointment to bring fabric over, however it will be taken off from the final balance. This deposit is non-refundable, if cancellations or changes are made at least 3 days prior to appointment then rescheduled appointment will be available . Thank you for your understanding!
Finally, I also offer appointments on Saturdays, so please check my availability and book away!

terms and conditions
The Bespoke Tailoring , as its name suggests, is a specialist designer and creator of ladies garments. We do not provide fabrics.All purchases of services from us are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Acceptance of our quotation constitutes acceptance of these terms also. Acceptance of terms is granted by the booking appointments with us .
Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
“You, your”
means the person, firm or company who purchases Goods from Us;
“We, Us, Our, studio”
means Justine Couture London bespoke tailoring .
“Contract”
means the contract between Us and You which shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms;
“Goods”
means any goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied/made by the Company to the Buyer;
The Contract
The Contract shall be on these Terms to the exclusion of all others. No terms and conditions contained in any confirmation of order, purchase order or other document provided by You or verbally, will form part of the Contract.
Price and Payment
(I) The price for the Goods shall, unless otherwise agreed, be the price identified by Us to You and set out in at the time of the initial design and consultation appointment and clarified in writing. Indicative prices can be seen on our website http://justinecouture.blogspot.com .
We reserve the right to make an additional charge for last minute or repeatedly cancelled / postponed meetings at a rate of £300 per day or £30 per missed appointment.
(II) Deposit payment of 50% of the order value shall be due when you arrive for design and consultation appointment . Work will not commence until you have approved the design proposal and payment of the deposit has cleared into our account. The remaining balance is payable at the final fitting on collection appointment .
(III) It is understood that the initial deposit is wholly NON-REFUNDABLE.
(IV) Payment can be made by cash ,bank account transfer or via PayPal . Payment shall not be deemed to have occurred until We have received cleared funds.
(V) On the occurrence that you not being able to attend fitting within a reasonable time frame additional charges will apply (typically £30 per hour). This will not affect any other rights you have under this agreement.
(VI) Any additional charges unknown at the time of the undertaking of work, for example shipping costs, will be charged at the time when such fees are understood. These charges will be applied at the rate of the third party supplier costs plus administration fee of £20 on top of it .
Cancellation Policy
As all orders are made to you measurements, styles and specifications; or otherwise modified to your requirements; you may only cancel your order by agreement in writing by Justine Couture London bespoke tailoring .
To cancel any order, you must inform us of such cancellation in writing and await full acceptance from Justine Couture London .
Our Cancellation Charges are found below based on the work and time undertaken at certain times throughout the process:
(I) Cancellation After Initial Design and Consultation Appointment And Awaiting to be processed : 50% of order value.
(II) Cancellation After Fitting Appointment : 100% of order value.
Refunds
All garments bought using our bespoke service are non refundable. Because all made-to-order garments are made specifically for you, they are exempt from any exchange or refund policy. If you have any questions please speak to us prior to place your order.
General
The customer is advised to wear the underwear and shoes they intend to wear with the garments to ensure the correct fit.The studio takes no responsibility should the customer not do so, leading to the garment not fitting perfectly. In addition, no responsibility is taken for garments that do not fit correctly if the client has gained or lost weight between the final fitting and collection, or any other reason beyond the studios control.
At each fitting the client will sign their agreement to any choices or changes made to the design and fabrics. Should the client be unable to attend fittings, measurements must be agreed in writing and the studio will make the garments to the measurements provided. The studio takes no responsibility if the garment(s) do not fit when based on the measurements provided by the clients.
Design changes can be made at the toile fitting but once this design has been agreed changes are at the discretion of the studio. The hem length will be decided at the fitting before completion. The client is advised to wear the shoes they wish to wear with the outfit at this fitting, as changes cannot be made once the hem length is agreed on. Upon collection the client will try on the garment to ensure the fit is correct. Any requests for minor alterations must be made known as soon as possible, as once the garment and final payment have been exchanged, any further work will come at an additional cost and be completed only when and if possible, this includes defects incurred as a result of ‘wear and tear’.
By booking appointments with us you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted solely according to English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive and sole jurisdiction of the English Court.
